Francesco Lodi warned Parma will “make Juventus suffer too” this weekend after stopping Inter and Udinese.

The Ducali are bottom of the Serie A table, under administration following bankruptcy and nobody at the club has been paid since July 2014.

Nonetheless, they picked up four points from their last two games, holding Inter 1-1 at San Siro and beating Udinese 1-0.

“It’s an issue of pride,” said midfielder Lodi. “Our tournament is compromised, but not falsified.

“We are playing with the right determination to prove this Parma side is worthy of the city. We want to emerge from this situation with our heads held high.”

On Saturday they host runaway Serie A leaders Juventus, who beat them 7-0 earlier this season.

“Juventus will find a team ready to sacrifice themselves to get another prestigious result. We will certainly make them suffer for any points.

“These next few months are important for everyone’s future, so we want to show what we can do.”
