Argentina goalkeeper Sergio Romero confirmed he’ll leave Sampdoria this summer for a club in “Italy, Spain or England.”

The shot-stopper starred in the World Cup Final just eight months ago, but is considered second choice at Samp behind Emiliano Viviano.

His contract is due to expire in June and he’ll be a free agent from that moment on.

“My next objective is a big club,” Romero told TyC Sports. “This is my dream. In June I’ll leave Sampdoria and then we’ll see what happens.

“I can decide my destiny autonomously, but I have no certainties yet. I’m open to everything, from remaining in Italy to moving to Spain or England.

“I want a top club where I can prove all my quality.”

The 28-year-old has managed just 10 Serie A appearances this season and one in the Coppa Italia.
