“Sassuolo play good football and have a great Coach. Recently only Napoli and Fiorentina have been able to beat them among the big clubs. We have a lot of respect for Eusebio Di Francesco’s team.
“The team learned from the defeat to Cesena that attitude is key against every opponent. We want to put in a great performance.”
The Aquile also have to consider their upcoming Coppa Italia semi-final against Napoli.
“The target is Europe and we have two possible paths to get there, but we want to be competitive in both competitions. There’s time for Napoli, so tomorrow we’ll use the best line-up available.
“We put this pressure on ourselves by declaring we want to qualify for Europe. This is a key moment in the campaign, but there will be many decisive matches. Setbacks are dangerous and should be avoided, which is why we work every day.”
Dusan Basta and Candreva have shaken off knocks and will be available, but Lorik Cana and Abdoulay Konko miss out.
