Midfielder Roberto Pereyra says Juve's nine-point lead over Roma 'means nothing' once the teams are on the pitch.

The match between the Bianconeri and the Giallorossi is scheduled for Monday March 2, at 19:45 local time, and represents the best opportunity for Rudi Garcia's team to reopen the Scudetto race.

The Old Lady lead the race by nine points in the standings, but the Argentinian doesn't see that as a reason to feel assured.

“We have to stay concentrated,” he said in an interview with Sky Sport.

“Having a nine-point lead means nothing. We can't relax, we have to press forward.

“We're off to play a difficult game, in their own environment.

“We know what kind of game they play. And they're playing very well right now, so the game will be intense.

“We have to be very careful, very focused. We can't afford mistakes.

“I admit I haven't seen Roma's game [against Feyenoord]. But we know what kind of match we'll be up against.”
