Fiorentina have officially signed winger Aleandro Rosi on loan from Genoa.

The Viola announced the news with a statement on their club website.

The 27-year-old grew up in the Roma youth academy, but moved on to Chievo, Livorno, Siena, Parma, Sassuolo and Genoa in July 2014.

It is a dry six-month loan to the end of the season.

Fiorentina see him as a suitable replacement for Juan Cuadrado, who formally completed his transfer to Chelsea today.

Rosi is versatile, as he can play as a right winger, on the right side of midfield or at right-back.
