Antonio Conte today became the first Italy Coach to hold a special training session for the Under-15 national team.

On from recent meetings held with the Coaches from Serie A and Serie B, the former Juventus boss continued his new initiatives today by holding training with 32 players representative of Italy's Under-15 squad, born no earlier than the year 2000.

Vivo Azzurro report that the session lasted over an hour and saw the Italian youths undergoing high-intensity technical and tactical exercises to improve possession play, one-on-one and teamwork.

Along with the players, Conte also invited the Coaches and the technical staff of the youth teams for Serie A and Serie B, as well as those for the Lega Pro and the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti [the Amateur League], for a total of more than 150 attendants for the senior tactician's training session.

At the end of the session, Conte reportedly waited for the players in the changing room and individually shook their hands.
