“I won’t say anything about my starting XI other than Toni will start,” noted Verona Coach Andrea Mandorlini.

“My players will only find out the line-up in the morning before the game. I expect a tough and hard-fought battle, but we want to win. That means keep your heads down and concentrate.”

Verona have numerous absentees, including Frederik Sorensen, Mounir Obbadi, Bosko Jankovic, Juanito Gomez Taleb, Jacopo Sala, Artur Ionita and the suspended Alessandro Agostini.

Hellas got back on track with victory away to Udinese last week, but Mandorlini remains cautious.

“Our off period hasn’t ended yet, as there’s a lot of climbing to go. There’s also a lot of pressure around this fixture and many times that can affect performance.

“We need to play with determination and also quality.”
