“Ibra could have finished his career with us,” Galliani sighed, as he explained the striker’s leaving to Milan Channel.

“Ibra could have finished his career with us,” Galliani sighed, as he explained the striker’s leaving to Milan Channel.
“The problem is that in football only revenues from the stadium used to count. Then came television rights, and now there are what I call ‘owners of raw materials’, who have a wealth that Europeans don’t and that has changed everything.
“Ibrahimovic was bought by a club which has the royal family of Qatar for an owner.
“Unfortunately we need to understand that this is the reality, everyone knows how the Italian economy is and you can’t offer more to a player like Zlatan than a club like PSG can.
“Things have changed in recent years, unfortunately that’s just the reality.”
