Roberto Mancini tested his first Inter side against the Primavera youth team with a 4-3-1-2 system.

The new Coach took over from Walter Mazzarri this weekend and held his debut training session on Saturday.

He immediately looks set to scrap Mazzarri’s 3-5-2 approach, adopting a 4-3-1-2 with Rodrigo Palacio behind Mauro Icardi and Daniel Osvaldo.

This morning the Nerazzurri lined up in a friendly game against the Inter Primavera youth team, ending 0-0.

He played with the same line-up used in training, so this looks set to be at least a strong indicator for Mancini’s picks in the Milan derby next Sunday.

It is still difficult to tell the exact choices, as many players are away on international duty.
