Callejon is currently the joint Serie A top scorer with eight goals, alongside Juventus star Carlos Tevez.
The 27-year-old had never previously made an appearance for his country at senior level, but won over Coach Vicente del Bosque with his Serie A performances.
He came off the bench, replacing Santi Cazorla after 69 minutes at the Estadio Nuevo Colombino in Huelva.
Juve forward Morata was a regular at Under-21 level and made the step up to the senior squad for the final 10 minutes, coming on for Isco.
