The Nerazzurri face off with their city rivals in Serie A on Sunday November 23 and it’ll be the debut for new tactician Roberto Mancini, who replaced Walter Mazzarri today.
Vieri, who has played for both Inter and Milan in his career, told BeIn Sport that it’s the last thing Inzaghi wanted.
“A few days ago I spoke to my friends at Inter and they told me it was 90 per cent sure Mancini would arrive.
“I had dinner with Inzaghi three days ago. He told me: ‘I just hope Inter don’t change Coach before the Derby.’”
