Vasilis Torosidis, Seydou Keita and Adem Ljajic secured the comfortable result at the Stadio Olimpico.
“We faced a team that is simply of a superior quality. They had six shots on goal, scoring three and hitting the crossbar,” Ventura told Sky Sport Italia.
“This evening we often got the final ball wrong, but if we had played like this on Thursday, then we would’ve won in Helsinki without problems.”
Torino lost their Europa League unbeaten record with a 2-1 loss to HJK this week.
