The schedule for the fourth round of the Coppa Italia has been published, involving a number of Serie A sides.

Lazio will host Varese for the first time in 30 years, while Verona will play Perugia in a particularly tense match, and Pescara-born, Sassuolo boss Eusebio Di Francesco will come face to face with local side and former employers Pescara all on December 2.

Atalanta host Avellino in a particularly felt encounter for the Nerazzurri director of football Pierpaolo Marino and former employee Davide Zappacosta, while Empoli play Genoa and Udinese face Cesena in the only two all-Serie A clashes of the round on Wednesday December 3.

Sampdoria and Brescia, who last played out a six-goal thriller in 2011, play on Thursday December 4, while on the same day in Sardinia Cagliari host Modena, who surprisingly defeated Palermo 3-0 in Sicily in the previous round.
