The shot-stopper proved impressive at the World Cup during a 2-1 win over England, when he filled in for the injured veteran Gigi Buffon.

“Conte will decide, so I don’t know if the hierarchy in the squad will change or not,” Sirigu told Sky Sport Italia.

“Italy have a core of important players who have always done well and I think they will remain in place.

“Obviously then Conte will bring in his new ideas and we’ll see. He is certainly the best Coach on the market that we could’ve hoped for.”
