Dani Osvaldo has revealed the reasons why he left Southampton and his failure to adapt at Juventus.
The striker left the Saints to join the Bianconeri on loan last season, but with both clubs spurning him this term, as opted to sign for Inter.
And at his official unveiling, the goalscorer has admitted that he struggled in the Premier League.
“Last year was a strange one for me,” he told reporters. “But I’m trying to look forward not back.
“A message for my ex-teammates? I don't think about other people, only on being successful here.
“I don’t really know what happened [last season]. Maybe I failed to adapt to English football and then joining another club midway through the year is never easy.
“And then I didn’t get any sort of continuity at Juve because of Llorente and Tevez.
“I won the League though, which is always nice, but hopefully at Inter I can exceed those emotions.”
