Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has hinted at a possible bid for Fiorentina wide man Juan Cuadrado.
The Colombia international has been a permanent fixture in the rumour-mill this summer, with Barcelona and the Premier League side thought to be at the head of the queue.
And the Dutch tactician has made his strongest comment yet on rumours that the Old Trafford outfit will table a bid for the winger.
“I can’t talk about Cuadrado,” he told reporters on their way back from an American tour.
“Because if I say anything his price will rise.”
Reports from Sky Sport Italia on Tuesday evening claimed that United were preparing to make a €40m move for the Viola attacker.
