The agent of Real Madrid’s Diego Lopez has denied speculation that Milan are in negotiations to sign his client.

It was reported in the last hour that Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani had entered into talks with Los Blancos regarding the goalkeeper.

However, Manuel Garcia Quillon has moved quickly to quash the rumours, saying that the shot-stopper still has three years left on his contract with the European champions.

“Lopez to Milan? That’s not correct,” he told Tuttomercatoweb.com. “No one has called me and in addition Diego Lopez has three years on his contract at Real Madrid.”

Quillon also insisted Lopez will stay at the Bernabeu, despite the club’s recent signing of Costa Rican Keylor Navas.

“That isn’t a problem. Diego Lopez will remain a Real Madrid player.”
