The Aquile are in the market for centre-backs to replace Giuseppe Biava and Andre Dias and have been continually linked with both Astori and De Vrij.

La Repubblica suggest that agreements with both players are all but reached, but that different aspects are still to be resolved with their respective clubs.

Astori is reported to have reached agreement on personal terms with Lazio following another meeting with Claudio Lotito yesterday, and his agents are expected to take the next step.
