Giuseppe Rossi is raring to go with Fiorentina and Italy in this new season. “I can’t wait to get started.”
The striker spoke to fans at the Viola’s pre-season presentation in Moena on Friday night.
“I can’t wait to get started,” Rossi told the crowd of supporters.
“I hope to be in good shape physically, then we’ll see going forward what the personal and team targets will be.”
Pepito was still smarting from being left out of the World Cup squad, as he maintained he was fully recovered from a knee injury.
“I want to get back into the Azzurri jersey, that is one of my objectives, but right now I want to concentrate on pre-season training, hitting form and giving 100 per cent for Fiorentina.”
