Torino President Urbano Cairo has denied suggestions that his meeting with Adriano Galliani was football-related.
The Toro chief was spotted speaking with the Milan director in Forte dei Marmi on Sunday, with speculation in the Italian Press that Alessio Cerci was on the agenda.
The winger has been strongly linked with a switch to San Siro this summer, but Cairo has insisted that the market was not part of their discussion.
“The meeting between Galliani and I was just a casual meeting,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“It had nothing to do with the transfer market.”
