FIFA announced the officials for the huge games, which will take place on Friday evening.
Brazil-Colombia has been handed to Spaniard Carlos Velasco, who had already officiated Uruguay-England and Bosnia-Iran in the tournament.
France-Germany is going to Argentinian referee Nestor Pitana.
So far in the 2014 World Cup he has officiated Russia-South Korea, USA-Portugal and Honduras-Switzerland.
