Miralem Pjanic has claimed that international teammate Edin Dzeko has revealed his admiration for Serie A.
The pair are currently at the World Cup with Bosnia, with both playing a part in Sunday night’s 2-1 defeat to Argentina in Rio.
However, at club level, Dzeko has been linked with a switch away from Manchester City in the summer, with Valencia and several clubs in Italy thought to be interested.
And the Roma playmaker has insisted that the goalscorer would be a great signing for his side.
“Dzeko has told me that he likes Italy,” Pjanic is reported as saying by Sport Mediaset.
“And I think he would be a coup if we [Roma] signed him.”
