Torino have confirmed that they have signed former Stuttgart and Parma defender Cristian Molinaro on a one-year deal.
The defender had spent the final six months of his contract with Bundesliga side Stuttgart out on loan with Parma.
However, it is Torino who have come in for the former Juventus full-back and who have today confirmed his capture on an initial one-year deal.
“Torino Football Club is pleased to announce that it has acquired the rights to football player Cristian Molinaro: contract until 30 June 2015, with an option,” read the Granata’s brief statement released today.
The 30-year-old underwent medical tests over the weekend and is believed to have committed to a deal paying a salary of €400,000.
