Giacomo Bonaventura says potentially signing for a big club should be just the start of his journey, rather than the end.
The Atalanta man enjoyed a good season for his club side, prompting speculation linking him with a move away from La Dea.
Fiorentina are most notably thought to be interested in securing his services but, speaking to Sky Sport today, the 24-year-old insisted he has no preference of destination.
“I don’t think there is a particular team [that I want to go to],” he said. “I know all the big teams and they are what we know they are.
“For me, getting to a big team has to be a milestone but also a starting point.
“When you arrive at one of these teams you then need to show you deserve it.”
