Argentina’s final squad of 23 heading out to the World Cup includes seven Serie A based players including Gonzalo Higuain and Rodrigo Palacio.
The Napoli forward is joined by teammates Federico Fernandez and Mariano Andujar, whilst Inter are also represented through Ricky Alvarez and Hugo Campagnaro.
Lazio’s Luca Biglia is also included in Alejandro Sabella’s final roster for this summer’s competition in Brazil.
The unfortunate ones to be cut include Catania’s Fabian Rinaudo as well as Nicolas Otamendi, Lisandro Lopez, Gabriel Mercado, Ever Banega, Jose Sosa and Franco Di Santo.
