Verona have officially bought Juan Manuel Iturbe from Porto for €15m and can now accept much larger offers.
Porto released a statement announcing the paperwork had been completed, as Verona took up their option to make his loan move permanent for €15m.
The price-tag had been set pre-season and the young Argentina international’s star has risen rapidly thanks to his Serie A performances.
Wanted by clubs including Juventus, Roma, Inter, Napoli, Paris Saint-Germain and more, Iturbe is now hot property on the transfer market.
Verona now own the player outright and can accept offers for a sale, so are expected to make a huge profit.
