A report in Il Tempo claims Lazio will make a decision within hours on the long term future of Edy Reja as Coach.
The 68-year-old began his second spell in charge of the Biancocelesti in January and has a contract at Stadio Olimpico until the end of next season.
However, Saturday’s defeat to Inter confirmed the club will miss out on Europa League qualification and President Claudio Lotito is now said to be considering his options.
According to the report, Lotito will meet with Lazio sporting director Igli Tare this evening to discuss whether the tactician should stay on.
Should they decide to axe Reja, names touted as his potential successor include Sampdoria’s Sinisa Mihajlovic, Murat Yakin and Michael Laudrup.
