Giorgio Chiellini risks video evidence after he was caught on camera elbowing Miralem Pjanic in Roma-Juventus.

The centre-back was standing in the wall for an Andrea Pirlo free kick when he lifted up his elbow to catch Pjanic in the face.

The referee and his assistants did not spot the incident, but it was caught on camera.

If the Disciplinary Commission considers it worthy of video evidence, Chiellini is facing a three-match ban.

This also raises questions for the World Cup, as it would be a breach of the Code of Ethics set by Cesare Prandelli.
