Stefano Colantuono wants Atalanta to “end on a high” by welcoming Milan, even though he has to reshuffle.

The Lombardy Derby kicks off at the Stadio Azzurri d’Italia at 11.30 UK time (10.30 GMT), click here for a match preview.

“If we have reached the last two rounds of the season comfortably mid-table, then it just shows how well our campaign has gone,” said Coach Colantuono.

“Just think, we were supposed to be at this stage fighting for survival. Unfortunately we’re in a bit of an emergency situation, as Guglielmo Stendardo hasn’t recovered in time either.

“We are facing a very motivated side and want to give our best so we can end the season on a high.”

Milan need a victory to stay in the race for a Europa League spot, but Coach Clarence Seedorf is under pressure.

“I think Seedorf is doing well, despite his initial difficulties,” continued Colantuono.

“Mario Balotelli deserves a place at the World Cup. There is too much attention on him, as the papers even report if he parked his car badly. He is still young and should be left alone.”
