Andrea Mandorlini discussed his future at Verona and that of Luca Toni after the end of their European hopes.
Hellas needed a victory against Udinese today in order to stay in the race for a top six finish, but threw away a 2-0 lead for 2-2 in stoppages.
“We had a great season, it’s just a shame that we dropped so many points in the final minutes of games,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.
“In any case, we are still happy with what we achieved, even if we’d have liked to see out the campaign with the European dream alive.”
Mandorlini was asked about his future, having taken Hellas to promotion from Serie B last summer.
“We have another important game to play, then once the season is over we’ll talk about the future.
“I’ll only sign a renewal after Toni does! If he signs, then so will I...”
