Chievo goalkeeper Michael Agazzi has reportedly already agreed a free transfer to Milan.
This link had been in the air for almost a year and was one of the reasons why Cagliari released him in January.
He only had six months left on his contract and was sent to Chievo to see out the rest of the season.
According to Mediaset, the details have already been set in stone and Agazzi will sign for Milan as a free agent in June.
The shot-stopper will turn 30 in July and his former clubs include Triestina, Sassuolo and Foggia.
Milan are looking for fresh blood, as Christian Abbiati could potentially retire this summer.
