Galatasaray Coach Roberto Mancini thinks he should have a statue built in his honour if he can steer the Turkish outfit to Champions League glory.

The Italian tactician takes his side to Stamford Bridge for the second leg of their Last 16 tie with Chelsea and believes anything is possible.

“In football, anything is possible,” Mancini said to FourFourTwo Turkey. “If we win this trophy, they can build a statue of mine right next to the Galatasaray Islet.

“Just like Metin Oktay’s statue but into the Bosphorus!

“I am familiar with Stamford Bridge’s atmosphere.

“Chelsea are an important team. They won the Champions League and Europe League in the last three years.

“We are going to try everything possible there but it won’t be easy.”
