Berlusconi: Seedorf staying

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi says Coach Clarence Seedorf’s position is safe despite a run of recent poor results.

The Rossoneri were beaten 4-2 at home by Parma yesterday amid a backdrop of protests from fans who have lost patience with the club’s turbulent season.

“Seedorf is not up for debate,” Berlusconi has sad to SkySport24.

“He will still be the Milan Coach next year. Milan are a badly built team."

The quotes come as a surprise, with reports this morning suggesting the Dutchman’s long term future at San Siro was far from certain.
