Higuain: 'No Napoli limits!'

Gonzalo Higuain expressed his joy at playing for Napoli. “It’s the perfect city for football. I set myself no limits.”

The striker will be in action on Sunday evening against Roma, click here for a match preview.

“Naples is the perfect city for playing football,” he told La Repubblica newspaper.

“We will grow together, the team and I. With a long contract, I set myself no limits. Among my objectives I include the Scudetto and Diego Maradona’s goal record.

“I have many seasons ahead of me, I am a centre-forward and that means I want to score all the time.”

Napoli crushed Roma 3-0 in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final to qualify 5-3 on aggregate, but can they repeat that in Serie A tomorrow?

“We are chasing the Giallorossi for second place and that is why we must win. With a victory, we’d have a better chance of finishing second,” continued Pipita.

“We need the same winning mentality that we showed in the Coppa Italia. It is a very difficult game, but we can beat Roma again.”
