In their last meeting, Immobile hacked down Tevez with a late tackle and the Juventus” data-scaytid=”2″>Juventus star posted a picture of the damage on Twitter, asking how it didn’t warrant a red card.

“In all honesty, I was very disappointed to see those photographs, because it wasn’t nice towards me, regardless of the foul,” Immobile told Sky Sport Italia.

“Tevez is a colleague and naturally I didn’t intend to hurt him. I certainly didn’t go into that challenge trying to break his ankle.

“I was sad to see he posted those photos, because people started to treat me like a killer. If he hadn’t put those pictures up on Twitter, then it might not have happened.”

It was also awkward for the clubs, as Immobile is a Juventus youth product who is still owned by the Bianconeri.
