Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has revealed that the club are close to completing a deal to sign Gael Kakuta.
The Chelsea youngster was revealed earlier on Friday to be the man to replace the Inter-bound Hernanes.
And the Biancocelesti board member has admitted that a six-month loan move is close to completion.
“Is the market over for us? Yes, I think so,” he told lalaziosiamonoi.it.
“We are only in for Kakuta now. I think you’ll soon see what a strong lad he is.”
According to respected Sky journalist Gianluca Di Marzio however, the capital outfit are in talks with Parma wide man Jonathan Biabiany.
The winger has been constantly linked with a move away from Ennio Tardini this month, and despite no word from either club, the journalist has indicated that both sides are in talks about a potential transfer.
