'Napoli & Lazio can't afford to lose'

Dino Zoff can’t wait for the Coppa Italia clash between Napoli and Lazio this evening, and claims that both teams will be targeting success.

The pair face off at Stadio San Paolo tonight with the winner going on to play Roma in the semi-finals.

And the former Partenopei goalkeeper and Biancocelesti Coach has claimed that it’s going to be an interesting match.

“I don’t either team can afford to lose,” he told CalcioNews24. “It’s going to be an interesting match.

“The Coppa Italia is an important competition for Lazio and Napoli – lifting that trophy would be a real source of pride.

“I think it’s going to be an open match that will probably be decided in 90 minutes.”

Zoff then commented on whether Napoli’s League campaign could be considered a failure thus far.

“I don’t agree with that. Benitez’s team have certainly lost a few unnecessary points, but I think they can challenge Juve and Roma right until the end.”
