And the player’s representative has criticised the club for their dithering this month.
“I spoke with Mourinho and I know that Chelsea wanted Guarin,” he told Caracol Radio.
“Fredy was happy at Inter. We were promised a renewal, but then everything stopped when the ownership changed.
“The Juve move was stopped when the fans protested, and now nobody says anything. Fredy is appreciated all over the world, not just at Inter.
“We want respect.”
