Filippo Inzaghi is being tracked heavily by Sassuolo, as they continue their search for a new Coach.

The Neroverdi sacked Eusebio Di Francesco on Tuesday afternoon, and the rumour-mill has been in overdrive since, with several names linked with the post.

However, Gazzetta dello Sport insist that the club’s owner Giorgio Squinzi has requested a meeting with Rossoneri President Silvio Berlusconi to negotiate for the Primavera Coach.

The paper reports however, that should they fail in their bid to get Inzaghi, Roberto Di Matteo and Alberto Malesani will be the back-up options
