Erick Thohir says that he will ‘roll up his sleeves’ to help resolve current issues at Inter, a club where he says there is ‘no blame from within’.
The new President and owner of the Nerazzurri has come in for criticism during the club’s recent drop in form for not being in Italy more often.
However, in talking to the club’s official website, the Indonesian has made clear his determination to put things right with the team.
“As the new President of Inter, I understand and feel the disappointment and frustration of our fans around the world,” Thohir has commented this week.
“No-one is satisfied with our recent performances - but I am a blue-collar President who will always resolve issues by rolling up his sleeves and getting directly involved.
“This is a challenging time for Inter. However, there is no blame within our walls. We must work harder and come together as a team.
“I am confident in our process, and look forward to building the future for Inter together.”
