Inter after Ibarbo?

With Inter reportedly in the market for a new striker, stories in the Italian Press have emerged today linking Victor Ibarbo with a switch.

New owner Erick Thohir has admitted recently that he will look to bring in players over the winter, with rumours circulating that Pablo Osvaldo, Mirko Vucinic and Edin Dzeko could join.

However, CalcioNews have claimed on Tuesday that the Nerazzurri will now look to Cagliari for their new forward.

Walter Mazzarri’s men will try and lure Ibarbo to San Siro, the website reports, with a bid of around €6m likely to be enough to secure his services.

The Colombia international is injured at the moment, but has scored just two goals in 14 appearances this term.
