Napoli face a €25,000 fine from UEFA, but their Champions League tie with Arsenal will be open to the public.
There were huge fears the final group game on December 11 would be played behind closed doors, as Napoli were already on a warning following crowd trouble against Olympique Marseille on November 6.
However, according to the latest reports from within the club, Napoli’s appeal was accepted and any punishment is worked into a €25,000 fine.
It means fans will be able to buy tickets for the showdown at the Stadio San Paolo on December 11.
