Good news for Fiorentina, as Mario Gomez has “completely healed” from his ruptured knee ligament.
The German international had check-up tests today with Dr Francesco Giron, who confirmed the second degree lesion to the collateral medial ligament in his right knee has “completely healed.
“The athlete will therefore gradually resume training with the squad.”
The 28-year-old striker has been out of action since September 15 and managed only five appearances for the club this season.
