Jacopo Dezi has been called up to the Italian Under-21 squad after Marco Benassi was forced to withdraw because of injury.
The Livorno midfielder, owned by Inter, is struggling with a calf problem which means he will miss the games against Northern Ireland and Serbia.
Italian Under-21 boss Gigi Di Biagio has thus added Dezi to his party, the Napoli-owned player who is on loan at Crotone.
