Claudio Marchisio has “missed” the Italy shirt during his injury and can’t wait to play against Denmark.
The Juventus midfielder is back after suffering a thigh strain in August and expected to start in tomorrow night’s World Cup qualifier.
“I really missed the Nazionale. Now I am over the injury and really want to wear the Azzurri jersey again,” he said in a Press conference.

“We are a very close-knit group and have been doing great things for the last three years. Thanks to Coach Cesare Prandelli we have been able to improve so much.
“Tomorrow the objective is to step on to the field in order to win. Even if we have already qualified for the World Cup, we want to make a good impression.”
