Bergodi is new Brescia boss

Serie B outfit Brescia have appointed Cristiano Bergodi as their new Coach.

The Lombard outfit were looking for a tactician after Marco Giampaolo quit the club last week just months after his arrival.

Brescia lost 2-0 at Latina under the guidance of caretaker boss Gigi Maifredi over the weekend.

The 48-year-old Bergodi, formerly of Sassuolo and Modena, briefly took charge of Pescara in Serie A last season.
