Chievo Verona boss Giuseppe Sannino believes results will arrive after a slow start to the Serie A campaign.
The Gialloblu have collected just one point from nine available after the draw with Parma in Week 1 was followed by defeats to Napoli and Lazio.
“The fixture list has been difficult for us so far,” said the tactician who arrived from Palermo in the summer. “But the season is still long.
“Our only objective is to survive in Serie A and there is a path that we can go down to make sure we do that.
“Despite the 3-0 loss to Lazio on Sunday, I am convinced that we can have a good season.”
Chievo, currently in the relegation zone, will entertain Udinese at the Bentegodi in Week 4.
