Serie B side Siena have been docked another point, taking their total to -3, due to financial irregularities.
The club had already begun the campaign from -2 points due to previous delays in paying wages and taxes.
This evening the Disciplinary Commission announced it would dock Siena another point for late deposition of a financial guarantee.
The club narrowly avoided bankruptcy over the summer and their registration for Serie B went down to the wire.
This means Siena are now on three points after three rounds, despite winning two games and losing one.
