Manuel Pasqual could, amazingly, be fit for Fiorentina’s game against Cagliari this weekend.
The Viola captain was rushed to hospital on Tuesday evening after suffering a dreadful cut to his forehead in Italy’s win over Czech Republic.
The 31-year-old had to have several stitches to the cut, but reports in the Italian Press suggest that the injury was not serious, and could be available for the game with the Isolani.
Pasqual may however, have to wear a protective cap, similar to Christian Chivu’s and Petr Cech’s.
