Francesco Totti will sign a new contract with hometown club Roma by the end of this month, claims Sport Mediaset.
The Giallorosso legend, who will be 37 on September 27, is presently only tied to the Stadio Olimpico outfit until June 2014.
Roma, who initially only wanted to hand him a 12-month renewal, are set to offer him terms until 2016 which will see him earn €3.5m a season.
It is also being claimed that Totti will then be handed a five-year contract once he retires to act as a club ambassador.
